Due to financial commitments we must make in advance with  insurance companies and vessel transportation deposits, a full credit or transfers can be given to a swimmer with a notice of a minimum of two weeks prior to the swim day or event, then you may receive a credit or a refund (minus a 25% processing fee, except in the case of proven family or medical emergencies)  Requests made less than five days prior to the swim date are not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer.

In case of a major disaster or unforseen circumstances or when Water World Swim, LLC cancels or postpones a swim, the total fee will be credited to the swimmer’s account, or if the swimmer prefers, a refund check will be issued, otherwise we will work out with the individual swimmer in postponing the swim to another date in agreement and convenience of both parties.

Refunds take about 15 working days to process after requests are submitted.
