Swim Course
Details
The 1.25 mile swim will begin at Alcatraz. The course will be monitored by kayakers, lifeguards, and support boats. The participants will swim from Alcatraz Island to the beach at Aquatic Park. Final swim instructions, including tide conditions and suggested landmarks for sightings, will be given in the pre-swim briefing
